Required documentation for mortgage origination:


2 years 1040’s and any LLC’s or Corporation returns.  Federal only on all returns…no state returns needed
Include applicable K-1’s and/or W-2’s. Current paystub if applicable.

If retirement income is used to qualify I’ll need to see it and documented that it will be continuing for a minimum of 3 years.
 
2 months of assets sourcing the down payment plus 6 month’s reserves. (need all the pages)
 
Homeowners Insurance, tax bill and mortgage statement on the current property.
 
Legible Driver’s License.
 
Need e-mail and good contact number.
