I have worked in the Real Estate and Mortgage industry for more than 22 years.

My background and areas of expertise include selling and managing residential and commercial properites, as well as various aspects of the mortgage industry.

I am committed to my work, with plenty of energy, and a love of real estate. I get great satisfaction from helping people and finding solutions.

As President of a Real Estate and Mortgage Corporation since October of 1989, I have extensive experience managing Real Estate Agents and Mortgage Originators. Playing a pivotal role has allowed me to oversee that all transactions were completed in a timely and thorough manner in order to provide the best possible outcome for my clients.

My experience and specialties include, in addition to straight forward real estate and mortgage transactions:

-Marketing and management of residential and commercial properties

-Brokering of properties to buyers on their home purchase and sellers on the sale of their home

-Handling short sales

-Complex negotiations

-Representing buyers purchasing foreclosed properties

-Modifying first and second trust deeds

-Originating purchase and refinance mortgages.

-Responsible for compliance with Department of Real Estate and investor regulations

As my experience and knowledge base grew, I become an expert in real estate and mortgage operations. The opportunity arose for me to branch out and apply my skills at other management roles.

I am a broker of record, managing broker and consultant for several real estate firms.  My credentials include:

-Real Estate Broker-California

-GRI national designation from the Real Estate Institute

-Broker member of the Southland Regional Association of Realtors

-Bachelor Degree in Business and Management

-Licensed  NMLS mortgage originator in California

-Licensed  NMLS mortgage originator in Illinois 

I was hired as a loan modification specialist and worked at American Savings. At the Savings and Loan, I was on a team modifying first and second trust deeds and refinanced existing borrower mortgages.   

I enlisted in the Naval Reserves and was stationed at Port Hueneme, California. I worked in the administration department tracking reserve personal.  Volunteering enhanced my ability to coordinate my real estate career in addition to pursuing my outside interests as a licensed airline transport pilot, type rated in two jet aircraft and certified flight instructor.

Born and raised in the Chicago area, after graduating from college, I relocated to Southern California and currently am active in both California and Illinois.
